NRG Plus Shipping Policy;

We ship to New Zealand Addresses throughout the North Island and South Island.

We cannot ship internationally.  If you are an international customer, please contact us directly and we will direct you one of our distribution partners.

Orders are packed and delivered in recyclable cardboard boxes or courier pouches.

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday for overnight delivery with NZ Couriers.

We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery – if you do require this service, please notify us of this at order placement as this may incur an extra delivery charge.

All orders are sent with no signature required.

If you have any special delivery requests (e.g.: where you would like your parcel delivered) please leave this message in the comments section when you place your order.

Cut off time for next day delivery is 2pm.

Delivery Time Frames;

North Island – Next working day 

South Island – 2 business days

Rural Delivery – Allow 1 extra business day for delivery.

Shipping Rates

North Island - Flat rate of $11.50.  Rural delivery charges $7.80. 

South Island - Flat rate of $18.40.  RD $7.80.
