FRESH – A Fresh Frozen Meat diet – We use real meat, real organs, and real tripe to give your dog the best source of proteins for their diet. We freeze it into free-flowed pellets to ensure all the goodness is locked in.

SIMPLE – We have done all the hard work for you. All you have to do is defrost and serve. With our reusable storage containers, wash them with warm water and store until your next delivery arrives.

How are NRG+ diets different from other RAW Pet food diets in NZ?

ALL of the NRG+ diets for both dogs and cats are complete and balanced. They have been rigourously tested at Massey University to ensure they meet AAFCO standards for adult maintenance.

This means that that you can be confident you are feeding your pets a healthy balanced diet, and they are receiving the right amount of vitamins and minerals they require to live a long and healthy life.

Our diets have been formulated by NZ registered animal nutritionists, so you can rest assured they are produced to the highest of standards and in line with the best research available.

Exact feeding requirements for individual animals will vary based on their age, sex, breed, and activity level. Please adjust your dogs’ food intake accordingly.

Mixed with our 3 other ingredients, then blast frozen into pellets, packaged, and delivered straight to your door. It is that simple. We have done the hard work for you – all you have to do is scoop, defrost, and serve. No mixing required.

Organised overnight shipping to get to you as fast as possible

We ship overnight using NZ Couriers to make sure it gets to your door as fast as possible. Delivery is available in the North Island only. We are unable to deliver to rural delivery addresses.

Deliveries received before 10.30 am Monday – Thursday will ship the same day.

Deliveries received after 10.30 am Thursday will ship the following Monday morning.

Food safe frozen packs keeping your food frozen

Thermoguard frozen packs are used to keep your pet food frozen during it’s journey from ours to yours. Food safe, USFDA approved and made in New Zealand!

How does a subscription work?

A subscription is all about convenience and having a regular supply of dog food coming your way. You make the choice.

You can change your delivery frequency, box size, flavour, or cancel your order any time you like.
If you still have dog food left, you can pause (suspend) your sub any time by logging into your account and clicking on subscriptions.
If you run out of dog food early, you can log in and ‘renew now’ bringing your order forward.
You will get a reminder 3 days before we process your next order so you can make any changes.
You can log in to your dashboard to see your order information such as, when your next order is due and how to track orders.

What If I run out of dog food, or have too much before my subscription renews?

If you run out of dog food early, you can log in and ‘renew now’. This will bring your subscription date forward.

Or if you have too much and your order is close to renewing, you can simply ‘pause’ (suspend) your order until you are ready to reactive it.
